Well, its the beginning of the year and most of us ate like a lot during the holidays. Oh boy! I'm guilty too. I ate like crazy and I need to get back on track. I will start my exercise routine along with my bulletproof coffee.
Last year, my friend and I went to a nutritionist class and it was the first time I heard about the bulletproof coffee. I"m a coffee addict myself and it caught my attention, so I did some research about it and I decided to try it. At first, I was reluctant because bulletproof coffee has butter. I'm coffee lover, coffee is my addiction. I can drink coffee several times a day and I'm as happy as a kid. I do not know about you but I need coffee every single day otherwise my head would explodes and my energy crash without caffeine.
I'm used to drink coffee with creamer but rare drink it black. When I tried the bulletproof coffee, I was expecting a weird taste to be honest, but I really like the flavor and consistency that the butter add to the coffee. Its creamer and a little semi sweet.
Last year, I tried bulletproof coffee for 2 weeks. I noticed a huge difference with my body, my energy level increased and my appetite suppressed. bulletproof coffee was my breakfast for two weeks. I only had my coffee, I did not eat anything till lunch or around noon. I usually eat five meals a day and for me was a real challenge doing the bulletproof coffee since I did not know what to expected or If I was going to crave my snack at ten o'clock.
The first day I tried the coffee it gave me stomach ache so I reduce the amount of MCT oil until my body was used to it. By the second week I added a complete tablespoon of MCT oil and my body adjusted real quick. I really love the consistency of the coffee and the flavor. I was full of energy for hours and without getting Hangry . LOL!!
After two weeks with bulletproof coffee I can see a lot of improve, I felt Awesome and I lose around 7 pounds. I will start again my bulletproof coffee for two weeks. I want to lose some fat and increase my muscle mass. I will start my exercise along with a healthy diet.
Bulletproof is really easy to make. Only has three ingredients: Coffee, Ghee or grass feed butter and MCT oil. Brew a cup of coffee, add 1 tablespoon of grass feed butter (unsalted) and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil. mix all ingredients with a mini operated whisk from #amazon until you get a smooth and creamer consistency. Some people use a blender but I prefer the operated whisk because is fast and less messy.

I did the bulletproof coffee with these ingredients. I used my regular coffee and unsalted grass fed butter with bulletproof MCT oil. Its cheap and I found some awesome results with it.
